About Us

Locklin Capital was founded in 2018 as a home buying investment company.

After learning the ups and downs of the fix-and-flip business as a borrower and principal investor, the pain points involved in building a network of lenders to scale became apparent. There was a lack of true, service-based firms readily available, so maintaining an efficient capital source was strenuous and took time and resources away from the real purpose of our business -- acquiring the right properties and producing a quality product for the end consumer.

Things changed in 2019 when we shifted the company's focus to lending on the the same type of properties they were previously buying. We were still doing the same transactions as before, just in a different seat. The right seat. Although owning real estate is still apart of the overall picture to build wealth, it became clear quickly... the team at Locklin Capital was made for lending.

Today, new and seasoned investors alike turn to Locklin Capital for simple, cost-effective funding so they can focus on their true business model -- finding properties and executing their exit plans.
